In 1954, the journal of the Horological Institute of America published this article.  It featured the full-time watchmaker at the Henry Ford Museum  --  there formerly had been six employed by Mr. Ford  -- and noted Tom Michels' responsibilities for maintaining more than 1,800 clocks and 2,000 watches in the collection.

The Ford Museum kindly prepared a four-page brochure for our symposium.   It includes a museum map, information about clocks in the museum,  and a message from curator Charles Sable.  The brochure may be viewed here.
